Lose Pounds for Pounds sponsored weight loss programme

Celebrity nutritionist Dr Sarah Schenker and a range of fitness instructors will help you get slim for summer! Lose lbs whilst raising £s for Haven House with weekly weigh ins, advice sessions and recipe plans from Dr Sarah and a variety of optional weekly fitness sessions from our qualified instructors, including Zumba and Boxercise.
There are two options for payment
Option 1 Diet Only (as before): £30 registration fee plus £30 recommended sponsorship. Optional £5 per fitness class that can be paid for on the night.
Option 2 Diet & Exercise: £50 registration plus £30 recommended sponsorship. All 8 classes included.

Just imagine… you are on the edge of an open aircraft doorway, c.12,000 feet up in the air. You hear the engines and the wind in your ears and you see straight down to the fields below.

Slowly you lean forward and you let yourself go, free-falling into the sky and experiencing an indescribable adrenaline rush. Then as the parachute opens, taking in the beautiful Kent countryside from an entirely different perspective, you steer yourself back down to the centre of the drop zone below.

The Children’s Hospice Trekking Challenge

Get your trekking boots ready…this year we are off to conquer three of Spain’s highest peaks in one long weekend! Located in the stunning Sierra Nevada National Park, the mountain range is the second highest in Europe. Crossing the stunning Sierra Nevada will be a tough challenge but the view across Spain’s mainland from it’s highest peak will reward your tough efforts! Be part of something amazing – Trek the Tres Picos and support your local children’s hospice!

Pooches on the Plains

Register your interest in our popular Pooches on the Plains, sponsored dog walk.

Only £5 per pooch and all we ask is a suggested minimum sponsorship of £25 but we encourage you to raise as much as you can.

With doggy competitions, games and activities, merchandise to buy and a doggy bag for each pooch – you’d be barking not to!
