How can you help?
How can you help

We depend on our supporters for the majority of our funding. So if you want to shake a bucket, jump out of a plane, cycle to Paris, ride a motorbike across India, hold a raffle, run a fair, put on an event or volunteer.

Clubs and Groups: Cadets, Scouts, Guides, Brownies, Youth Clubs Rotary, Round Table and Masonic Groups continue to provide us with vital funds and practical support – we can come and present to a meeting and give you some ideas about how to become involved.

Faith Groups: Haven House has been hugely supported by our local faith groups and we have received income through appeals, congregational giving, special events and the opportunity to come and speak to your congregations. If you are a member of a faith community and would like us to come and speak to your congregation or even be our ambassador we would love to hear from you.

Red House Collection Boxes: ‘Looking after the pennies…’ If you are able to take a Red Box for your home or business then you would help raise awareness of the work that we do as well as collect vital money for our support.

Recycling: You can help raise funds for Haven House by recycling printer cartridges and mobile phones. We have contacts with companies who will make arrangements for this with you and pass on the profits to Haven House. Please contact a member of our team for more information.

Schools & Colleges: Whether it is about taking us on as a learning project, making us a part of your curriculum or simply putting on an end of term party to raise funds – we would love to work with you. We can come into your school/college and tell you about our work and how you can help.
