By registering your tree and donating, you will be helping create memories that families will hold onto forever. We will be collecting real Christmas Trees from houses within the following postcode areas: E4, E7, E10, E11, E12, E17, E18, IG1, IG2, IG3, IG4, IG5, IG6, IG8, IG11, RM6, RM8. Trees will be collected from Friday 10 January - Monday 13 January 2025. FAQ WHAT IS THE CHRISTMAS TREE COLLECTION Haven House will collect and recycle your real Christmas tree from selected postcodes within the local area. By participating in the Christmas Tree collection and donating, you are contributing towards us raising £20,000, so that we can continue providing vital services to our families. HOW DO I REGISTER? You can register to have your tree collected HERE. WHEN WILL YOU BE COLLECTING TREES? Our army of lovely volunteers will be collecting trees from Friday 10 January - Monday 13 January. IS THERE A COST FOR COLLECTING MY TREE? The success of the collection relies on donations, and we appreciate every donation made. We don't receive any money from recycling the trees or from the council. WHAT TIME WLL MY TREE BE COLLECTED? Your tree must be ready to collect by 8am on Friday 10 January. Please note we cannot guarantee what day or time your tree will be collected. HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY TREE TO BE COLLECTED? Please remember to decant any decorations, take the tree out of the pot (if it has one) or remove the base. We cannot remove or recycle these. WHERE SHOULD I LEAVE MY TREE? Unfortunately, due to our Health and Safety policy our volunteers cannot enter your property. Your tree must be left in a clear, unobstructed, and visible location. If possible, without causing obstruction - on the path in front of your property. DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME WHEN THEY COLLECT MY TREE? No, you do not have to be at home. Simply leave your tree on the path or in front of your property for one of our volunteers to collect. WHAT DO I DO IF MY TREE WASN'T COLLECTED?
