Mike Palfreman, Chief Executive of Haven House, said: “We are extremely grateful to David for taking part in Tuesday’s event for Haven House. “Not only was it fascinating to hear David discuss an incredible range of football topics, but the evening raised vital funds for the hospice. “Haven House provides an extensive range of services throughout the Borough of Islington – including our Toy Home Loan service. Community events such as our evening with David Dein means we can continue to provide these vital services for life-limited children and their families.” David Dein said: “I was delighted to help raise funds for Haven House. The charity does phenomenal work for children and families in North London who are facing the most difficult circumstances. I would appeal for as many people as possible to help support Haven House as it seeks to care for more life-limited children in North London.” If you are in North London and would like to support Haven House through an event please contact Lindy Hunt in our fundraising team.
