Haven House is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for the Institute of Fundraising (IoF) National Fundraising Awards 2015.

The hospice has been nominated in the category of Fundraising Charity of the Year (smaller charities under £5m turnover), where it will be up against two national charities for the prestigious title.

Speaking about the nomination, Mike Palfreman, Chief Executive of the Woodford Green hospice said; ‘Making the shortlist for this prestigious award is a real accolade, not only for our fundraising team but for Haven House as a whole.’

He adds; ‘Most importantly, it demonstrates that we’re doing a great job in raising vital funds for the children and families we support, allowing us to extend our services and reach more children in the future.’

The winners will be announced on Monday 6th July at the National Fundraising Awards Ceremony.

More information can be found on the Institute of Fundraising Awards website. The Fundraising team is headed up by Jenni Anderson, Director of Income Generation and Marketing for the Woodford Green hospice.
