CEO and friends cycle ride

Twenty friends and colleagues of our CEO, Mike Palfreman, cycled from London to Paris and raised an epic £10,641with more monies to come for Haven House. Other friends joined the group to support the riders through the journey and keep their spirits high.
Leg one started on Thursday 19 September from Canary Wharf with others joining them at Redhill. The group hoped to be in Paris by Saturday so made sure they got off to a good start early in the challenge.

By Friday the friends completed 108km from Dieppe to Beavais and were well on their way to complete the ride. The group made it successfully to Paris on the Saturday afternoon, a total distance of 300km.

It was a great atmosphere on every stop, there were a few small problems, but nothing that we couldn’t handle. The ride takes you through stunning countryside and is truly a fantastic experience. The organisation and support provided by Duncan and John, and others from Credit-Suisse was terrific.
