We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated assistant shop manager to help significantly grow our customer base in the area. 

This role is responsible for meeting sales targets working alongside the shop manager, managing the store, including the management and training of volunteers, developing business opportunities and building relationships with the local community. The ideal candidate will have hands on retail experience, be ambitious, conscientious and will be able to lead the team by demonstrating excellent leadership skills including outstanding customer care.

Up to £19,000 pro rated (dependent on experience)
