We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant Manager to help run the Crouch End Charity store based in the heart of the busy shopping area. This exceptional individual will support the Shop Manager in continuing to build the existing customer base with the general public and local businesses.

This role is responsible for meeting sales targets, managing the store, including the management and training of volunteers, developing business opportunities and building relationships with the local community. The ideal candidate will have hands on retail experience, be ambitious, conscientious and will be able to lead the team by demonstrating excellent leadership skills including outstanding customer care.

21 hours per week to be worked across Monday to Sunday


Band C £19,565 per annum (pro rata of 35 hours)
