If you have been lucky enough to secure a place in the TCS London Marathon 2024 ballot (released mid-June), we would love for you to use your own place to run for Haven House. There is no minimum fundraising target, just raise as much as you can!

Charity Places

Haven House have a limited number of places in the London Marathon and all of these have currently been filled. To be added to the waiting list, please complete the form below. If you are successful in receiving a place, you will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £100, sign our fundraising agreement and pledge to raise a minimum of £2,500 for Haven House Children's Hospice.

If said varied fees or prices are higher than stated, we will, at our discretion, either contact the User for instructions or cancel and notify the User of such cancellation.

All event registrations and orders for goods or services are subject to availability and Haven House Children’s Hospice reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration and to refuse to supply any goods or services to any individual. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. All event activities will have additional terms and conditions available at time of registration or purchase.

Donations

Haven House Children's Hospice reserves the right to vary the prices of any goods or services listed without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any donation and to refuse to supply goods or services to any individual.

Encryption

Although the Website uses encryption security software in areas where online payment details are accepted, the security of information and payments transmitted via the internet cannot be guaranteed. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Haven House Children’s Hospice and the User and supercede all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications and proposals, whether electronic or written, between the User and Haven House Children’s Hospice. Any failure of Haven House Children’s Hospice to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to bar the subsequent exercise or enforcement or any such rights.

Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions and the use by the User of the Website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Website and/or any transactions made on the Website, or these terms and conditions.
