Salary 

Band 2 Salary Range £26,520 per annum pro rata
Actual salary £15,912 plus mileage to shops (excluding Chingford Mount)

Hours

21 hours per week to be worked across Monday to Sunday

Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant Manager to help run the Charity store and at times be flexible in working in our other shops. Our Chingford Mount store is based in the heart of the busy shopping area and this exceptional individual will support the Shop Manager in continuing to build the existing customer base with the general public and local businesses.

This role is responsible for meeting sales targets, managing the store, including the management and training of volunteers, developing business opportunities and building relationships with the local community. The ideal candidate will have hands on retail experience, be ambitious, conscientious and will be able to lead the team by demonstrating excellent leadership skills including outstanding customer care.
