SKSS Temple-East-London

Riders will be completing a route of approximately 30 miles through the streets of London on Sunday 24th July, starting in East London and ending in Willesden via Stanmore and Harrow, come rain or shine!

A number of the participants have never cycled long distance before. Luckily there are some more experienced members of the group who are leading weekly training sessions for this cause and getting the team raring to go!

SKSS Temple East London has dedicated a Year of Seva to highlight the importance of selfless service and as part of the year's events, we're taking this opportunity to raise funds for Haven House through a bike ride. Haven House provide an invaluable level of support and service for the community and we're proud to be supporting such a charity.

The temple regularly holds charity fundraising events for causes both local and international. The most recent was a Christmas Fun Day for both children and adults, with a variety of games, quizzes and a raffle - raising a fantastic total of £1591 for Sue's House in Ilford.
