I'm raising funds for Haven House and Richard House Children's Hospices by abseiling from Britain's largest piece of public art, the 114m tall ArcelorMittal Orbit on September 15. Your generous donations to the hospices will not only sit you firmly in my good books but will (more importantly) make a very real difference to the amazing families whose children have life-limiting conditions.

That's why I'm striving to gather plenty of much needed £10 notes before the big day - 100% will go directly to the hospices and it does make a difference.

More about what you're contributing to:

Haven House and Richard House Children's Hospices have together supported over 1,200 families, looking after children and young people who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. In the hospices, children benefit from play activities, day and overnight stays, can access a range of therapies, including music therapy, physiotherapy and therapeutic yoga. Families can take advantage of support groups and complementary therapies designed to reduce stress and anxiety, and even bereavement therapy.

Since you're on this page - thank you in advance. This is the type of choice you can never regret.
