Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. After watching the London Marathon on TV last year, I decided to enter the ballot to run in 2020. Unfortunately, I didn't get a place but rather than sit back down on the sofa, I decided to take on a different challenge (which I'll come back to a bit later).

I am the proud dad of two grown up daughters who were both fortunate to enjoy good health throughout childhood and adolescence. However, there are many families that are not so fortunate. Haven House Children’s Hospice believe in the best possible life for every baby, child and young person with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition and their families, who live in our local communities. In 2020, the charity needs to raise £4 million in order to continue to provide vital services for children through the White House, Holistic Care Centre and community and family services as well as support for bereaved families.

The event that I have decided to participate in is the Jurassic Coast challenge, a 100km walk over two days, which will take place on 16th & 17th May. For those of you who prefer it in old numbers, that's 62 miles across challenging coastal terrain. It will be tough but, with your support, I'm determined to complete the course.

Haven House Children's Hospice is a great cause, so any donation that you are able to give will help them achieve their target and even more. Donating is easy, quick and secure.

Thanks

Keith
