Roxanne Scott We’re going on a big walk to raise money for Haven House Children’s Hospice!

On May Bank Holiday 2019, Roxy and Rikki are taking on the Isle of Wight Challenge. We are aiming to complete the full 100km circumference of the island in 48 hours. This is a big challenge for both of us, and we are training hard!

Haven House is our local children’s hospice, supporting life limited children and their families in our local area. Roxy works at Haven House as part of the music therapy team.

Roxy says: 'I have been working at Haven House since October 2017 and in that time I have met some incredible families, fabulous staff and very special children. Using music to support communication, interaction and emotional well-being can lead to memorable moments that I feel privileged to be a small part of. Im so excited to be able to fundraise for Haven House by taking on this challenge'.

Rikki says: ‘I visited Haven House’s Summer Fair last year. I didn’t really know what to expect from a children’s hospice, but it is a beautiful building in woodland surroundings that makes you feel very calm. They make children’s lives as great as possible for as long as they can’

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. We are raising money for Haven House Children’s Hospice because they believe in the best possible life for every baby, child and young person with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition and their families, who live in our local community. Please consider donating anything you feel able to spare to support us, no matter how small! Your donation will help them achieve even more. Donating is easy, quick and secure. Roxanne Scott
