Salary:£35,863 per annum Hours:35 hours per week (flexible working options available) We are about to head into an exciting new phase of growth and development, and we are building our team to reflect this. Our newly appointed CEO, along with the Senior Management Team will be working to further develop our organisation wide strategy and this role is crucial to supporting the team in the achievement of our ambitious goals. A key focus of this role is providing direct support to the CEO, including the Board of Trustees, and Senior Management Team to help coordinate meetings, delivering agendas and minutes, taking accountability for ‘action and decision’ logs and ensuring the alignment of crucial meetings. You’ll ensure meetings are efficient and effective, and work collaboratively to ensure that decisions and actions are acted upon in a timely manner. The role will provide support in the delivery of the Charity’s governance arrangements that will have a key focus on forward planning and streamlining ways of working whilst ensuring essential compliance and regulatory requirements are met. If you have excellent planning skills and attention to detail, and you are at ease managing your own time, juggling multiple responsibilities at once and are a clear, confident communicator then get in touch today.
