We are seeking a confident, dynamic HR professional who is looking to progress in their career, with the support of the Director of HR and Facilities.  In this role you will lead the HR operational service for the charity, as well as partnering key stakeholders, coaching and advising them in people management and leadership.

You will have a strong generalist background across all areas of HR including process improvement and wellbeing,  employee relations, performance management and payroll. In this role, you will be responsible for two HR Assistants and a Payroll Officer so prior line management experience is essential.

Haven House is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we were last inspected in August 2016 when we were awarded a ‘Good’ rating.
