£40,057 - £45,839 pro rata

Haven House Children's Hospice needs an enthusiastic nurse like you to be part of our Care Team. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced nurse to join our In-house team as a Deputy Lead nurse, supporting the team to achieve the highest quality palliative care services to babies, children, and young people in our local community. The In-house team are constantly learning and developing to ensure a compassionate and expert service is available 24/7, as and when required.

You will be part of a strong multidisciplinary organisation ensuring the team is providing symptom management, palliative, and end-of-life care, as well as planned and emergency short breaks. As In-house Deputy Lead you will be providing and ensuring high standards of care are delivered and be part of our on-call rota supporting staff while children and their families benefit from our range of therapies at the hospice in our wonderful woodland grounds, or at home.

In return, we will offer you an encouraging environment to develop your knowledge, advanced clinical skills and management role supported by our Senior nurses and Education team.

This role is based at our hospice in Woodford Green, offering free parking and easy access from the Central line.
