Who we are Work for us Individual Giving Manager (Maternity Cover) Haven House Children's Hospice is looking for an Individual Giving Manager or an experienced Individual Giving Executive looking for a step up to manage our Raisers Edge database and ensure we are providing excellent donor care to all our supporters. Working alongside the Head of Individual Giving and Marketing you will be responsible for delivering campaigns including lottery, regular giving, Christmas direct mail and In Memory. You will build upon existing relationships and attract new supporters to grow our income in these areas. Your key focus will be donor care, ensuring all our donors receive relevant and timely opportunities to engage with Haven House and its work. An understanding of, and commitment to data protection and the communications preference of our supporters is also incredibly important. You will be proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing a supporter database and maximising Gift Aid income whilst ensuring all supporters are receiving excellent supporter care. They will have the ability to lead effectively on creating meaningful relationships, and will have a commitment and understanding of the key principles of the organisation. You will manage the Supporter Services Administrator to input data into the Raiser’s Edge database in order to maintain an efficient system for income processing. You will also be responsible for segmenting data in line with the marketing and individual giving strategies. Read about our staff benefits.
