We currently seek an experienced finance professional to take on the role of Interim Director of Finance with effect from June 2018.  Working closely with the Chief Executive and members of the Senior Management Team, you will have overall responsibility for all the finance team, including paid staff and volunteers, systems and functions.  As part of your role, you will support the Chief Executive with business planning and IT, and will work across all departments providing advice, information and support to Directors.

You will be a qualified accountant from a CCAB recognised body, and have significant strategic and operational senior management experience in a financial role, with proven experience of line managing staff and managing IT systems and strategy. You will be able to demonstrate clear leadership qualities and experience of working in the charity or hospice sector is desirable but not essential.
