Pumpkin Plod Terms & Conditions We reserve the right to cancel the event in the result of unforeseen circumstances. Haven House Children’s Hospice shall not be held accountable for loss or damage to property or injuries/accidents sustained as a result of training for, or taking part in, the Pumpkin Plod on 29th October 2017. You may wish to consider personal insurance for the event. Children under 16 may take part in the walk but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Refunds can not be issued if you are unable to take part in the event – your registration fee will be treated as a donation to Haven House Children’s Hospice. A member of staff will be on site throughout the day so if you arrive after the plod has started, please report to them. Please note that we won’t accompany you to catch up with the rest of the group but will provide you with a map. Anybody arriving 15 minutes after the start time will not be able to participate in the event and any registration fees will be treated as a donation to Haven House Children’s Hospice – refunds will not be issued. Whilst you may be able to sign up to take part in this event on the day, it will be on a first come first served basis. We therefore reserve the right to refuse entry should the walk already be oversubscribed.
