Haven House is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we were last inspected in August 2016 when we received a 'Good' rating.

As part of the clinical care team, led by the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as planned and emergency short breaks both at the hospice and in the community.  You will act as lead nurse to support young adults aged from 14-18 to transition into adult and community services.

In return, we will offer you a supportive environment to develop your knowledge, skills and development, supported by our Nurse Practice Facilitator.

This role is based at our beautiful woodland hospice in Woodford Green, offering free parking and easy access from the Central line.

37.5 hours per week (part time hours considered)

Salary (band 6)

£30401 - £37,267 per annum plus London Allowance and unsocial hours payments
