We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Shop Manager to join our successful Leytonstone store. 

This role is responsible for developing and growing sales targets, managing the store, including the management and training of volunteers, developing business opportunities and building relationships with the local community. The ideal candidate will have hands on retail experience, be ambitious, conscientious and will be able to lead the team by demonstrating excellent leadership skills including outstanding customer care.

35 hours per week (worked Mon-Sun)

Salary
£20,913 per annum
