Our tree offers you a unique and meaningful way to mark an occasion or celebration, to remember a loved one, or to simply show your support for those we help. Our bespoke sculpture is situated at the heart of our Holistic Care Centre ensuring that your dedication to a loved one will be on display every day of the year.

By dedicating a leaf you will help make our tree come to life, while helping the life-limited and life-threatened children that we care for.

Your leaf will be engraved with a personal message of up to 40 characters and displayed on our tree for your choice of one or two years. At the end of the display period you will be given the option to renew your leaf or we will send you the leaf as a special keepsake.

You can also include a message in our Tree of Recognition book which will be kept on display in our Prayer and Reflection Room to serve as a lasting record of your kindness.

To add your leaf to the Tree of Recognition please click donate, choose the number of years you would like your leaf to be displayed for and proceed to payment.

In the comment section please add your choice of words to be placed on the leaf (40 characters) and the words you would like to be written in the Tree of Recognition book.

Terms and conditions

• Each acrylic leaf can recognise one individual only with a maximum of 40 characters.
• The message to be included in the Tree of Recognition book can be no longer than 20 words.
• The words engraved on your leaf and written in the book will appear exactly as you write them on the form. Please carefully check spellings.
• A limited number of leaves are available on the Tree of Recognition. In the event the tree is full at the time your form is received, your leaf will be added when the next space becomes available. You will be notified in this event.
• At the end of your dedication period, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to renew the leaf you dedicated. If you do not wish to renew your dedication, your leaf will be returned to you to keep. Your dedication period begins when your leaf is first displayed. You will be notified of this date and if we have your email address we will also send you a photo of your leaf.
• In exceptional circumstances, Haven House reserves the right to move or relocate the Tree of Recognition to another appropriate site within hospice premises.
