Dee lives locally and is a senior Human Resources professional with over 19 years working in the NHS. Her current appointment is with Barts Health NHS Trust where she leads on Trust HR policies, overseeing employee relations cases, working in partnership with trades unions, leading on freedom to speak up and running the Trust’s mediation service. Her specialist area of interest is in coaching and training line managers.
