Download Job Description Download Application Form The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support to the Director of Clinical Services within a busy and fast-paced Care Directorate supporting babies, children, young people and families with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. This is a pivotal role requiring a highly organised, proactive and emotionally intelligent individual who can operate confidently within a complex clinical and operational environment. The postholder will help support the effective coordination and smooth running of the Care Directorate, maintaining oversight across a broad range of operational, governance and strategic priorities. The role will involve managing and coordinating senior meetings, forward planning, agendas, minutes, briefing materials, action tracking and key governance processes across areas including clinical services, safeguarding, quality, workforce coordination, CQC readiness and wider Directorate priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams across the organisation and will need to feel comfortable managing competing demands, sensitive information and rapidly changing priorities. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders. You should feel confident bringing structure, organisation and consistency to a busy Directorate, while maintaining professionalism, discretion, compassion and good judgement at all times. This role is central to supporting the Director of Clinical Services and wider Care leadership team during an important period of organisational growth and change.
