There are many exciting ways you can support us within your workplace to help us make a real difference.

Some of our popular ideas include:

• Organise a dress-down day, cake sale, raffle or quiz night
• Take part in one of our challenge events 
• Attending our events. Either come along and enjoy the event or see if you can get a team to volunteer
• Check whether your company match-funds donations or volunteering hours. If so, all of your fundraising efforts could be doubled
