We recognise the importance of protecting our vulnerable supporters and follow the Code of Fundraising Practice in the UK issued by the Fundraising Regulator on treating donors fairly.

We believe this helps to support our staff and professional fundraisers who come into contact with supporters to provide high quality customer care, ensuring anyone donating to the Charity is in a position to make a free and informed decision.  If an individual appears vulnerable we will offer them a cooling-off period, or more time before taking a donation.  If we believe the individual lacks the mental capacity to make a decision we do not take a donation.
