Martin Ellice

Martin Ellice born in Forest Gate is the Group Joint Managing Director of Northern & Shell plc, a property investment and gaming group - The Health Lottery has raised over £116m for health related good causes across Great Britain.

Sir Iain Duncan Smith

Rt. Hon Iain Duncan Smith MP is the Member of Parliament for Chingford and Woodford. A former leader of the Conservative Party, he established the Centre for Social Justice, an independent think tank committed to tackling poverty and social breakdown.

After the 2010 election Iain was appointed Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.

He provides the hospice with regular and invaluable support including hosting supporter lunches at the House of Commons.

Iain was knighted for services to politics and charities in 2020

Barry Hearn

Barry Hearn was born in Dagenham and educated in Buckhurst Hill. Barry is a sporting events promoter and the founder and chairman of promotions company Matchroom Sport.

Haven House has been the chosen charity for both World Snooker and Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), thanks to Barry’s role as Chairman of both organisations. In addition he has secured a raft of sportspeople and auction prizes to assist our fundraising efforts.

Speaking about becoming a Haven House Patron, Barry said: ‘I’ve really got to know the staff at Haven House over the years and have seen for myself the great work that the hospice does for children and families in the local community.’

Married to Susan with two children, Barry lists his sporting interests as poker, fishing, running and golf.

Rochelle Humes

Rochelle Humes - a self-proclaimed 'professional multitasker' – is just that.

Enjoying continued success with The Saturdays, Rochelle also regularly fronts ITV’s ‘This Morning’ and curates her very own Very clothing range whilst being full-time Mum to Alaia-Mai.

Vicki Michelle MBE

Vicki Michelle MBE is best known as the iconic Yvette in nine seasons of the BBC series 'Allo 'Allo. Vicki has had an extensive acting career in TV, films and the theatre and is a star of the pantomime circuit.

She is President of the Lady Taverners - Essex Branch and is an active and committed charity worker.

Vicki first became a patron of Haven House when her young nephew was a visitor to the Hospice.

Ben Shephard

Ben Shephard is engaging and warm and renowned for his ability to bring out the best in people and this, combined with his dynamic and energetic style, makes him one of the most popular presenters in the UK.

Ben presents ITV1's Good Morning Britain and is host anchor for Sky Sports Champions League, Goals on Sunday and League Cup coverage. Amongst his achievements Ben hosted GMTV for ten years and was also part of the X Factor team hosting three seasons. Ben now presents Good Morning Britain and Ninja Warrior UK.

Passionate about people, Ben is a patron of several charities including Haven House and regularly supports the hospice with his presenting skills and attending events.

Ray Winstone

Ray Winstone is one of Britain's most prolific, charismatic and acclaimed international actors.

His career, which spans three decades, has seen him tackle such diverse and complex roles from King Henry VIII to gangster bosses and from Beowulf to The Chronicles of Narnia.

He has won two international Emmy Awards, a Screen Actors Guild Award, three British Independent Film Awards and has been nominated for two BAFTAs.

Mark Wright

Mark Wright burst on to our TV screens in October 2010 and has gone on to become one of the most popular, and talked about media personalities in the UK.

He has a successful TV presenting career, his own Heart FM radio show, an incredible two million followers on Twitter and is the face of Littlewoods.com.

In 2014 Mark made it to the finals of Strictly Come Dancing and hosted our annual Haven House ball in 2015.

Billie and Greg Shepherd

Billie Faiers

TV star, celebrity mum and business woman, Billie Faiers, shot to fame as one of the original cast members of BAFTA award-winning programme, The Only Way Is Essex.

She starred in the hit TV show for 15 series from 2010 but left in 2016 to focus on growing her family. Billie is a successful business woman affiliated with many brands. Not only does she own family run Brentwood boutique, 'Minnie's' but she also has an exclusive clothing collection with fashion brand, In The Style, as well as her own range of award winning baby products with MyBabiie.

In addition to this, Billie has launched her own baby wear collection for George at ASDA and has worked alongside many well renowned family brands and house hold names including, My 1st Years, Disney, Getting Personal, Thorntons, Zapf Creations and Claire's Accessories. She is now starring in self-titled show, The Family Diaries, one of ITVBe's highest rated shows, alongside husband Greg, daughter Nelly and son Arthur.

Greg Shepherd

Gregory Shepherd is an Essex based businessman turned TV personality, who you may know as the husband of Billie Faiers. Greg, who works within the ticket industry, has for the most part tried to stay out of the limelight, however, after recently being dubbed the star of the family's ITVBe show, 'The Family Diaries.'

In terms of commercial partnerships, Greg has previously worked with Johnsons & Johnsons, New Look and has appeared in a host of magazines. His main interests are sport, fashion, events and travel, with the latter being his main passion and area of focus.
