Safeguarding our children As a minimum, all of our staff and volunteers who have direct contact with children are required to have an enhanced DBS check. All staff are provided with mandatory safeguarding training at an appropriate level to ensure that they are aware of safeguarding issues and know how to respond to concerns. In addition any staff or volunteers involved recruitment and selection must first complete the necessary NSPCC approved training.
