This 100 mile cycle is a unique opportunity to journey through the heart of London and Essex on traffic-free roads. Sign up now Key Information: Date: Sunday 26 May 2024 Registration Fee: Free Minimum Sponsorship Target: Raise as much as you can Distance: 100 miles Photo credit David Monteith-Hodge The Ford RideLondon-Essex 100 route will go through the London boroughs of Westminster, City of London, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Hackney, Waltham Forest and Redbridge, before heading out into Essex via Epping Forest. This circuit of Essex will see riders pass through some of the county’s most picturesque towns, villages and countryside, including the historic market towns of Epping, Ongar and Great Dunmow. The second half of the ride takes in part of the 2014 Tour de France route, passing Felsted and Chelmsford before returning to London via the picturesque town of Ongar.
