Next season, The O’s will be playing in a sleek new black away kit - and although, stylish, will carry a very important message about Haven House.

As part of Harry Kane’s commitment to take on the Leyton Orient shirt sponsorship for next season, Haven House features on The O’s away shirt.

The choice came from the England Captain himself having been a supporter of our hospice, and we were delighted to receive the news.

“Harry grew up near to the hospice and knows well the vital lifeline we provide to local families”, said Mike Palfreman, Chief Executive at Haven House..

“Leyton Orient Football Club have been our long-standing supporter for many years, so we are delighted that Harry selected Haven House to be one of the Club's charity partners next season, marking their commitment through our logo on all away shirts.”

1 in 3 people will know someone with a seriously ill child. We provide round the clock care to hundreds of babies and children at the hospice and through our outreach services in the home and local community. We are a lifeline for families supporting them through the toughest of times.

Day care, end of life care, bereavement support, as well as life enriching activities such as sensory play, music therapy and physiotherapy are just some of the vital services we provide.

Mike added: “We rely on the support of our local community and are pleased this will give us opportunities to raise awareness of the critical care our local families need, now more than ever. On behalf of all our staff, volunteers, children and families at Haven House, a huge thank you to Harry and Leyton Orient for making this possible.

“This means so much to us in terms of helping to raise our profile and funds for our work in supporting children with complex healthcare needs.”

Supporting Vital Community Work

“As a club, we will be extremely proud when the O’s take to the pitch for our first away game of the 2020/21 season wearing the Haven House logo on our chest,” said Josh Stephens, Head of Commercial.

“The work that they do in our community is vital for hundreds of children and families, and we will use this platform to shout about the work they do.

“In raising their profile, we hope the hospice raises vital funds so they can continue to support seriously ill children and their families.”
