Assemble Media Group achieve phenomenal fundraising total for children’s hospice

Assemble Media Group (AMG) was delighted to host two prestigious events this autumn to raise funds for Haven House Children’s Hospice.

The Architect of the Year Awards 2021, at the Park Plaza Westminster, and the Building Awards 2021 at the Grosvenor House Hotel raised almost £30,000 for Haven House, which cares for seriously ill children and their families from across North East London and West Essex.

Guests at the events were able to bid on a range of fantastic prizes during the silent auctions as well as giving generously through donations.

These events are part of an ongoing strategic partnership between AMG and Haven House. Since 2019, a variety of events and initiatives have been held in support of the Woodford Green based hospice, including a fantastic pantomime at the infamous Leicester Square Comedy Store.

Kate Rosenthal, Corporate Partnerships Manager at Haven House, said:

“Haven House is delighted to be partnered with Assemble Media Group, which has raised almost £60,000 to date towards the care of our life limited children and families. This is simply outstanding. Alongside fundraising support, the team has provided the hospice with pro bono support and advice which is invaluable. This continued support has meant we can provide the vital care so desperately needed by families.”

Tom Broughton, Founder of Assemble Media Group said:

“As a company based close to the Haven House on Wanstead High Street, we’re incredibly proud of the funds we’ve raised. We’re proud too of our long-term partnership supporting Kate and the brilliant wider team at the Hospice after such a difficult period and we look forward to doing even more next year as the economy continues to recover.”
