Salary

£27,182 (FTE) Actual salary £21,745 pro rata per annum.

Hours

4 days (28 hours) to be worked across Monday to Saturday.

Our North Chingford store, located on a bustling shopping area, is looking for an exceptional Shop Manager to lead and build a thriving customer base, engaging with both the local community and nearby businesses.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Skilled in retail management and passionate about customer service
  • A natural leader who can inspire, train, and support volunteers
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and spot new business opportunities

As Shop Manager, you’ll be the heart of the store, creating a welcoming space for customers, managing day-to-day operations, and helping our charity make a real impact.
