We are calling on runners who have already got a ballot place for the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon to join our team.

The charity is aiming to raise more than £35,000 from the event, which will enable them to reach out to more families in West Essex and the surrounding boroughs with a seriously ill child.

The hospice, in Woodford Green, provides vital support to families and is inviting runners to get in touch and become a part of their team.
Taking on the world-famous 26-mile course for Haven House in 2020 is the charity’s ambassador and reality TV star Greg Shepherd.
Father-of-two Greg said: “The London Marathon is the world’s greatest race. If you’ve been lucky enough to get a place in the ballot, please come and join me on the start line in 2020 and raise money for Haven House.

I have seen first-hand the inspiring work they do to help children with a life-limiting condition. The hospice is a lifeline to local families, and I want to see as many people as possible running for this incredible charity and supporting the children and families who they care for.

In the running world, it doesn't get much better than the unbeatable atmosphere of the Virgin Money London Marathon. We work hard to create a very special experience for runners, and they will be showing their support for families facing incredibly difficult circumstances. Every pound raised will be very much appreciated.

Team benefits will include a personalised running vest, full support from a single point of contact, advice from running professionals and an invite to training evenings. On marathon day you will be cheered on by our army of supporters.
