Our mission – to join forces on a new campaign Miles for Smiles empowering people to make a difference while championing positive mental health and wellbeing throughout our communities.

The Miles for Smiles initiative is encouraging people to walk 10,000 steps daily throughout February and to raise funds and smiles for Haven House.

Manjeet Pabla, Special Events Manager at Haven House, said:

“This is a first of its kind collaboration for Haven House, and an incredibly exciting one! Three incredible brands coming together for seriously ill children and their families.

“The synergy between all three partners aligns so perfectly - supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and families while embarking on a shared mission of spreading positivity and hope.”

To launch the special partnership the Haven House team and Smiley have created a bespoke, limited edition ‘extraordinary’ slogan tshirt* - a tribute to the children, families and supporters of the hospice.

Ross Wilson, Chief Product Officer, Fashion at Smiley, said:

At Smiley our core aim is to inspire positive action and bring a smile to those in need, therefore when we heard about the great work at Haven House, we were eager to support in any way possible.

The opportunity to collaborate with Haven House and the Harry Kane Foundation provided a perfect opportunity for us to offer our Smiley support by designing and offering a cool nonprofit product that contributes to driving positive change and also helps to shine a light on the special people involved in the charity by capturing the essence of those people in the graphic statement - Extraordinary Human."

Any money raised from the Miles for Smiles campaign will go towards helping Haven House continue to provide vital emotional, psychological, well-being and therapeutic care.

To help celebrate the collaboration, dancing duo and Smiley Movement ambassadors AJ and Curits Pritchard came to visit us to film a short spotlight feature on our charity.

The Pritchard brothers spent the day at Haven House, playing and dancing with our children and young people and meeting our nurses, parents and carers.

*Miles for Smiles participants will need to raise £200 to unlock the Smiley t-shirt.
