Being told your baby has a life-limiting condition or complex medical health needs is frightening and confusing for families. Haven House has supported hundreds of families, who like yours, has been faced with the news that your baby will not have the life you expected. We are here to help you at every stage of your baby’s journey and we tailor our support to suit your family’s individual needs.

Our highly trained, experienced nursing staff provides specialist care to babies and their families. We have a dedicated nurse with special responsibility for the delivery of neonatal care, whether this is for step-down or end-of-life care. One of our nurses can visit you in the hospital to talk to you about the choice of hospice support.

We are able to offer both Step-down care and End-of-life care.

During the absolute worst time of our lives, you helped to make things bearable. In fact, they were much better than bearable - you helped us to enjoy every precious second with our beautiful boy and allowed us to create the most special and precious memories, that give us such comfort now.
