We care day to night and our film helps raise awareness about the needs of seriously ill children, break down some of the myths surrounding children's hospices and celebrate our lifeline services that our children and families rely on.

These services include music therapy, therapeutic yoga, physiotherapy, complementary therapies, counselling, family support, coffee mornings for parents, play, Buddies (a sibling support group), toy home loan and end-of-life services.

Children’s Hospice Week is the UK's only awareness and fundraising week for these remarkable children and families, and the amazing children’s hospice and palliative care services that support them across the UK.

This year we need to secure £4.4 million to provide our services. All of our services are provided free to the children we care for.

Many of our children have day or night care and still go to school, they enjoy play and activities when they are in our care and respite care can be a life line to families. Read about a typical day at Haven House.

Watch and share our film about our specialist nurses who not only provide fun and activities but give the best medical care possible.

Music therapy gives us quality family time and is something we all look forward to each week. It’s fun and easy to be part of, yet so beneficial for Kai and with guidance from Maeve we all gain a better understanding and knowledge. It isn't just a family event it’s a chance to learn and help Kai grow.

A day of care at Haven House costs £5,374. None of this cost is passed on to our families. Demand for our services is increasing and to meet this we need your help. Please donate and support our hospice.
